A Sunday's Drive

A Sunday's Drive
Last week I attended a week long workshop taught by Elin Pendleton
in Dawsonville, Georgia. I must say that I think it was the best gift I have
ever give myself. I learned about color. This is a painting I did after attending.
20x16 acrylic on stretched canvas.

Very luminous painting Angela! I like the sky and the yellow trees in the foreground. The title also is perfect. Lovely work!

Wow, Angela, I think this is one of my favorites. The fall trees are spectacular and I really love the clouds. Very nice.

It IS charming. So are the still lifes but the emotional pull of these roadscapes is really appealing.
