Not just any mask will do.

She dons a sapphire gown with emerald green chandlier ear rings.

She searches through many mask, Red , Yellow, Gold, Silver but none of those

will work. As she is about to give up she spots it, Blue green frill. She reaches

deep within her purse and hands the store clerk a fist full of coins, rare gold coins

that she has saved for such an occasion as this.

Just out of reach rest the mask. The mask which will soon hide

the lady's face. Pomp and lavish with jewels and feathers this mask is

special. Only the best for the princess of the ball.

Those green eyes, the beauty behind the mask is unequaled by any

one here. She waits quietly to be ask to dance. Her suitor can not comprehend

The clock strikes midnight. She is the Star of the ball. Quiet and serene the

scene explodes with awe as she enters the room.

A lady of soft character becomes a princess on this night.

She is somewhat bashful but becomes as bold as a princess when

all decked out in her costume. Her porcelain face is painted with delicate

flowers and you can see the mischief in the sparkle of her steel blue eyes.

I am made up. Shades of blue illuminate the exterior while I am

filled with giddy laughter within. The party is starting soon.

I can't wait.
