Interrupted

Interrupted
A cow stops at a pond for a cool drink of water. Another cow comes up
just across the way. For a second all is forgotten and his mission is interrupted but just for now.
6x6 gallery wrapped canvas.
This is such a fun bright painting. Just lovin painting cows as a matter of
fact just lovin painting everything.

Ripples

Ripples
In the middle of the garden, nestled among the flowers is a
place of tranquility and peace. Only a chosen few even know
it exist. On a midsummer's day with the blowing of a gentle
breeze you can see the ripples on the waters surface
while below is tadpoles and minnows just doing what they do.

Reflections of Blue

Reflections of Blue
A coy pond cool with the reflections from the blue sky above. It has fish which
feed on the aquatic life within. Now and then people throw in a little extra food
which is quickly devoured by the passing fish.

Fishing Buddies

Fishing Buddies
I can remember a time not so long ago when I went fishing with my best friend Benny who is also my husband. We would go down to the lake in our little boat with fishing poles and cold drinks in hand. Our bait was live crickets. I would stick my hand down in the cricket cage and they would climb my fingers with their scratchy little legs. I would bait them on the hook and if we were lucky would go home with supper.
There is no better place or time than spending the evening fishing with
your best friend down on the lake.
