I started painting this and just blocked it in and then painted the vase in first. As I established the purples I added them in splotches to the vase and the last added the dark blue. Nice I say then last but not least the sparkle of white just for attention. Oil on 8x8 inch canvas panel.

Today is 1/25/13 I retouched this painting. When I looked at it something just bothered me.

I had painted all the flowers forward (I know better). So I repainted and flipped some of them and added some background petals I also reworked the ellipse in the water. Better I think.

 Hi! Hey you! Help! We tried to get out but somehow we are stuck. I guess if I must 

be stuck though I would rather be in A Tight Place With My Friend than to be stuck

in any any situation with an enemy. Oh well maybe we can get out soon.
