One Wild Ride oil painting by Alabama Artist Angela Sullivan

One Wild Ride oil painting by Alabama Artist Angela Sullivan

Wow! Did I ever love painting this and it is a whooping 30X30 oil on gallery wrapped canvas.

I do not usually paint big but I will have some larger works coming up and I know this because I placed an order for some larger pieces of canvas so please keep looking. This is a really nice piece and of course better than this picture portrays. Hope you love it.

To some this may look a little messy to others an intentional mess and yet still others organized chaos. I like to call it art. I have been studying the work of other artist and each time I ask myself why I like what they painted. As I study farther I ask is it the smooth perfect lines or the hidden colors. I decided it was all of it. I think I especially like it when I add colors that even I don't see. Like blue when it should be black or pink or purple that I decide to place just because I want to. Anyway what I find today is a loose painting that makes me happy and isn't that what it is all about?

A Kinder Sort of Life

A Kinder Sort of Life

Some people live in such a hurried life never stopping to enjoy the

good things. I hear of a place where people aren't bothered by the

worry of if the lights go out or if gas prices increase. A place where people just

live, love and share the essence of themselves.

Coming Or Going

Coming Or Going

We are a family from different sorts. I want to go this way while the others want

to start out on their own. I will not be a victim of peer pressure. I am on my own and I

will not change my mind.  Well maybe. I really don't know if I am Coming or Going.

I took a pic of these horses standing in a pasture somewhere in the hills of Tennessee.
