A new born calf is exploring it's home. A barbed wire

fence protects it from getting lost on the vast farmland. Flowers

pop up and are soon tasted as the next found treasure.

Butterflies meander along in the warm air of springtime.

This is not just any calf, He has been befriended by the farmers daughter.

He will be afforded a special long life of delicacies.

A long life of being loved as the special pet of the Farmer's daughter.

This cup belongs to grandpa and everyone knows not to

touch it. Soon it will be filled with the warm strong brew.

Just half a cup with a little creamer.

Away in the woods someone sleeps but not for long. The little boat

awaits the long fishing day ahead. Surely this day will bring the big catch.

Somewhere deep in the dark water a monster is lurking but with the cast

of the right lure he won't be able to resist. At dusk the little boat will be

returned here to its place of solitude.

Soon the crewmen will be rustling about, getting ready for

a hard day of work. Nets must be sewn, there is ropes to be coiled and bait to be readied.

A storm rages in the distance but here in paradise

Fishing Gear

With the patience of Job he ties on his favorite fly.

He walks down to the creek through the thick under brush.

His arms both scratched and bleeding now hold the fly rod with precision.

10 to 2 and then swish the sound of the line whipping by ever so softly until

it lands hitting the perfect spot. The spot just beyond the submerged rock where

bass love to hide. Just then the water boils and a tug on the rod produces the big one.
