What's Inside

What's Inside
Don't you just love getting gifts. The anticipation of what's inside is sometimes better than the
gift within. I love the feeling of the smooth crispness of the paper and then seeing the beautiful bow. That alone makes me thankful for whatever is inside.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, Angela, about the anticipation and the thoughtfulness of a gift being just as great or greater than the gift itself. I love the way you've coupled the painted gifts with another item in the setup. It gives the viewer more to ponder and wonder about. Very lovely work!!

I really like the composition of this painting Angela.

Thanks for visiting and asking about me. I have painted very little this year--life just seems to get in the way. By the time I get everything else done, I just don't make the time to paint. I hope to get started again soon. Thanks again.
