Never Give Up On Me

Never Give Up On Me
I went to a thrift store the other day and as I browsed around I came
across this little snowman. For the cost of 50 cents he came home with me.
I think he will be one which I will paint now and then. Even when I don't show
up when you think I should Never Give Up On Me.

Out Of Place

Out Of Place
Fruit is good for the spirit.
However light is good for the eyes.
When placed together something good is bound to happen.
I am working on different color schemes.
I wanted to change a few things so experimenting is what I will
be doing over the next few days and yes I will post the ones
which may not turn out so good.
Cross your fingers for me.

Slices

Slices
A splash of warm among a lot of cool.
Summer time, a lot of good things are available in the summertime.
Sweet red watermelon. I remember when my dad let my daughter Julie
sit in the middle of the kitchen table with a whole watermelon.
Boy was she ever a mess but she giggled and laughed.
I can almost still hear it her laughter seems much closer than just a memory.

Covered Bridge

Covered Bridge
Out in the country in the middle of nowhere you will find them.
Covered Bridges a thing of the past yet still they hang around. I have not done any
research so why? Did it protect them from the environment? Or was it just a
beautiful place in the country?

My Heart Sings

My Heart Sings

Sometimes when I see something beautiful I get light hearted
and tears well up in my eyes and "My Heart Sings".
It sings with the joy of knowing that I am able to see the things that
my God has made. It sings to know that he knows me by name.
It sings because I am blessed to live in such a time as this.

I have been absent for a few days and have posted a few older paintings
because I have been sick. My husband has been in the hospital with pneumonia.
We went on vacation to San Diego and both came back home sick. I have lost some
followers and that makes me a little sad but thanks to all of you who have stuck by me. Hopefully
I will be posting new paintings daily once again.
